Performing the BodyWeight ZeroForce Workout
In this video David take Kevin through the basic bodyweight exercises recommend for clients when they miss a weekly workout or when traveling.
These can be done in your hotel room without freeweights and with just a few props. These exercises can help prevent backsliding in your progress until you return to DeSisto Strength Training.
